How do I access the lesson that I just purchased?

You will be able to access your lesson in your account dashboard. Or you will be able to access all lessons associated with the Basic & Pro memberships plan if you have signed up.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with a credit card (Stripe) or via PayPal for any purchase or membership.

Is my payment info secure?

Yes. This website (shaneakers.com) sees no credit card information. That information is handled by Stripe, one of the leading processors on the internet. You can learn more about Stripe and PayPal below.

Can I download the Videos that I purchase?

No. The Video portions are stream only on this website. You can download the Backing Tracks and Tab portion of the lessons.

If there is a time that you are going to be offline, you can email me at shane@shaneakers.com to discuss a possible solution.

Can I still access my past purchases from the old website?

Yes. Those purchases will still be on the old platform for as long as I can store them there. You can and should download them for your private use. All of your old purchases are also transferable to the new platform, but not all files will be available for download (videos will only be available by streaming.)
